A unique approach

There are many types of life coaches. I specifically work with people in developing a custom protocol to address physical, mental and emotional health using my knowledge and background as a personal trainer, holistic nutritionist and life coach. Having gone through my own personal struggles in with physical injury, food, relationships, and depression, I have dedicated my life to developing a program that gives others strategies to effectively pull out of the harmful and cyclical patterns that are holding them back from positive change in their lives. My coaching program is about identifying the negative patterns, and implementing custom structure and strategies to get you to achieve your wildest dreams.


Anyone who is unsure of the steps to take – to get them to achieve their goals in the areas of physical wellness such as workouts and nutrition, as well as emotional and mental wellbeing such as anxiety, depression, unfulfilled expectations etc.


I offer structured plans to eliminate repeating patterns that don’t serve you. As someone who has faced deep levels of confusion and feeling lost and has grown from it, I am able to empathize, act as a sounding board and guide you through the painful process of overcoming obstacles – by offering helpful strategies. I am firm, yet compassionate when working with my clients.


Stage 1: Discovery Phase
  • Genetic Testing for tailored Holistic Nutrition Protocol and Workout Prescription
  • Identifying Goals, Challenges, Self Sabotaging Behaviors and Root Causes of Self-Limiting Beliefs
  • Nutrition intake – Uncovering what’s working and not working for you in your current regime
  • Workout history
  • Functional Movement Assessment; identifying where the room for improvement is in the following areas:
    • Strength
    • Mobility
    • Muscular Imbalances

Stage 2: Implement Phase
  • Unlimited online personal training
  • Review genetic testing results
  • Implement holistic nutrition protocol
  • Three, 1 hour coaching sessions

Stage 3: Significant Change Phase
  • This is where all of the changes you’ve implemented based on the “discovery phase” will start to take shape, and you will begin to see true change and healing. For 3 weeks we engage in weekly coaching sessions (can be in person or online via Skype), to manage roadblocks, uncover any remaining self-limiting thoughts or behaviors and implement strong strategies to move forward with confidence.
  • Think of the process an Olympic Athlete goes through from the time they create a goal and choose their coach, to the time they’re ready to hit the stage and show the world what they’re made of. This takes identifying what has worked for them in the past and what hasn’t, creating strategies and then checking-in regularly with their coach to fine-tune their training. The same goes for life! I am here for you every step of the way.

We are not born with a manual on how to achieve our own personal fulfillment in life. We need to dig deep and identify what we need and want in life, then create the map. It is my honour to help you identify exactly what YOU need nutritionally, physically and in your relationships, including the one with yourself, in order to feel confident, clear and full of conviction as well as being pretty damn happy with you how look and feel everyday. There will be moments of confusion, self-doubt and fear - that’s part of the process… I will be here to walk with you through it all until you’re on the other side and are wrapped in personal fulfillment!
